Additionally, Fauzia has a globally accredited certification in Directive Communication Psychology based work Gamification from the American Institute of Business Psychology.
Saira Halai Chundrigar
An HR professional, with over 25 years of dynamic experience within the landscapes of leading multinational organisations both in the service and manufacturing sectors. She held lead roles at Sanofi, GSK, Feroze1888 and as HR Director at Abbott Laboratories Pakistan. She also spearheaded the Relationship Management, Talent, and Diversity portfolio at HBL.
Saira holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and is a certified trainer from JCI Prime Academy. She is certified in Performance Management from University of Minnesota and in The Power of Team Culture from the University of Pennsylvania.
